2015 Silverado 1500 z71 Exterior Recommendations

I’ve gotta be honest....I love the way it looks as is. How about performance upgrades since it already looks great? 

Preciate that man. What kind of performance upgrades would you look in to?

I would leave it as is and only buy gas. That truck is gorgeous as is. Every artist has to know when to stop.  

I always tell myself I’ll stop after the next little thing lol

I always love making minor aesthetic adjustments to my truck, but have recently run out of ideas. What would you guys suggest, I’m open to anything? I recently bought some new headlights so I’m waiting to install those and also got some recovery hooks to replace where I had a bull bar, but other than that I’m looking for some other opinions on what to do. If you guys owned this truck what would you change? Thanks for the input!

Love the blacked out headlights!! I was thinking of doing that to mine but was a little worried about it killing the brightness of the headlights. How much does it affect it and did you just tint them?

I’m sure you’ve done all the basics. I was just thinking there isn’t a single thing I’d touch on the exterior, so the next step might be engine tuning or power upgrades.  Or, perhaps I’d save for my next new Silverado if you like the upcoming model.   What motor do you have?

Yeah it’s just tint that I bought off amazon that was precut to be an exact fit. It does dim it down a little, but it’s not terrible. To me it was worth it for how much it improved the look. I actually just bought some headlights that have a black housing so those are about to come off!

I’ve got the rough country pods. I really like having the extra lights, I hardly ever used my fog lights before.

are you using the rigid pod bracket for your fogs? I was wanting to do the same on my 2015. Looks really clean though, like other stated id definitely go for an exhaust upgrade!

I actually just bolted the lights directly to the fog light housing and didn’t even need the bracket. I had read online that the pods I bought weren’t compatible with a bracket so I just went ahead bolted them down without one.

Yeah, the factory fogs are functionally worthless.

I actually like the stock tinted headlights.I would tint the fogs to match and paint the grille inserts matte to finish off the front look.Side profile with those wheels looks dope but I personally like a little more rim and a little less tire when everything is black to break things up

Borla exhaust, go on their website and listen to all their exhausts. I personally do not like loud exhaust systems so I prefer the Touring Exhaust
