4wd message 2016 Silverado 2500hd

Hi folks.......Just started to get this message on start-up recently.  Always hit dismiss and it seems to function and shift ok so far.  Still under warranty HOWEVER I have a mild Blackbear tune on the truck and was wondering if the dealer is going to give me grief about the tune if I bring the truck in for the fix.  Thoughts?  Do the repair myself if necessary?  Thanks
