Elevation edition- Crew cab

So far GMC has said the Elevation edition is double cab only. We have seen the elevation in crew cab in spy photos and now I found a video showing it in crew. 

 

Anyone have any more info?  This is the only GMC version I like so far, so I'm really hoping it's not a Canada only thing.

GMC Canada lists the Elevation as crew or double cab. Use lists double only.  

 

They need to clean house on the decision makers at GM. They keep doing stupid shit like this for the sake of being idiots.

The local dealer has a 2019 Elevation crew cab on the lot here. Also has a X31 suspension sticker on it. I thought it was an AT4 at first, it was not.

The X31 package is the same as the Chevrolet Z71 package.

For 2019, GM renamed the Z71 package X31 on the GMC Sierra.

It is not the 2" lift as with the AT4 and Trail Boss.

This looks like a non lifted GMC Trailboss, essentially.  It appears the only way to get painted bumpers and trim in the US is the AT4 or Denali.  While I like the AT4 a lot, it's a bit more than I'd want to spend.  I'd really be interested in this, especially with it's cloth seats over the At4s standard leather.  

 

We are expecting out first next Spring so I don't think a double cab is a good choice for us.

I like that Sierra a lot. I wish it would be available in the CC here in the US
