Here is my most recent upload talking about why I switched to e35 and how the truck has been running e35. Also had the camera pointing at the boost gauge so you can see the lack of boost the kit makes for daily driving.

Also my intake mod on my kit apparently did something to my boost. Before the truck peaked at 10psi.

Cost of set up?

ProCharger tuner kit 4500, Circle D 278mm 3200 converter 599, 600 for the converter install, 300 for the GM flex fuel kit installed, 450 for the Klug Performance tune being it is a 17+ so total is 6500.

How much extra hp is the kit producing?

I don't have dyno numbers but the truck currently is making 615hp and 565tq at the crank via HP Tuners data logs.

I wonder what a Dbl Cab would see for parasitic loss, 16% maybe on stockish tires? Puts you right around 520hp at the wheels. Pretty damned impressive for a 325ci OHV engine in a full size 4x4. I would expect times like that from a blown 2wd RCSB, not a 4x4 dbl cab. Keep us posted on the progression because you are probably too addicted to power to stop now. Next step a built 416 from Texas Speed and F1X lol?

What pully size you running? 12 psi seems like a lot from a P1SC, or is it a P1SC-1? Or maybe you have your boost gauge tapped upstream of your IC?

Yeah my truck responded very well to the kit for sure. Even surprised me.

Sorry for the delay on the reply. It is a P1SC-1 after checking. I called ProCharger and asked why I was making more boost than when I had the kit put together of a max boost of 9psi. They pulled up my build sheet they had on file and I did put future mods of headers. So they set the kit up to make 9psi with long tube headers. Being I still have stock manifolds and cats that is why I am making the extra boost. The boost gauge is connected to the valve that comes with the kit.
