Truck past 500 miles this week so I decided to give him the beans from a stop and noticed a slight vibration through 1st gear, up to around 30.  Seemed gone after it hit 2nd gear.  I don't notice this under light or normal acceleration.

Anyone experience this? 2018 5.3 / 6 speed

I just went to the recall page and did a complain about it....hopefully if everyone makes a complain about we can get a recall and get it fixed cause it looks like everyone is having this problem.

Well known issue. And a few fixes. there is everything from shims to axles. There is a bulletin for the dealers to go by to find the issue. Not to sound like a Jerk but good luck.

2016 5.3 8 speed, mine does it too, 18,000 miles.  More annoying than anything.  Haven't taken it in for it, guess I figured they wouldn't be able to fix it and it's my only real complaint about this truck and figured going back and forth with the dealer to try and fix would make me hate the truck I'm otherwise fine with.

Yup, mine didn't do this till I did a burn out. Now when I hammer the gas, I feel a vibration. From what I've read online and going thru posts on other sites, these drive shafts are crap. Few guys replaced them with a stronger 2 piece shaft and all the vibration goes away. IM going to order one soon and see how it rides. Mine is a 2017 6.2 with 8 speed, plus a 6" lift and 35" tires. Got a custom tune and went to test it, did a burn out and now vibration issues.

I thought that perhaps it's a pinion angle issue which makes me think I should bring it in before I put my Bilstein leveling kit on. It's just a pain to find time as my dealership doesn't do diagnostics on weekends.

Do you happen to know the bulletin number?  I thought I saw something that was 8 speed only.

I think it is PI1354H. But that is a revise to the first one I can't find right now. Anyways they Will do this run down and even add the shims free as stated in the bulletin. they did mine.

Also there is a post somewhere of a $1000 fix with new drive shaft and axles. But I would start with the dealer and the bulletin and get the tires road forced first.

Hope that helps

2019 Silverado has slight vibration on acceleration especially if the four-wheel-drive is locked in. I’m a 40 year mechanic and suspect driveshafts, motor mounts, exhaust hitting /rubbing frame, trans mount. This type of vibration is usually engine vibration being transmitted directly to metal likely the frame. Engine trans exhaust should all be isolated by rubber. But the engine torque is likely pushing past the rubber and causing something to contact metal. Hope this helps.
