I have a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500. During my last service, there was warranty service needed where they had to flash the system. When I picked the truck up , my lane departure system wasn’t  working and they can’t figure out why.

Supposedly the fix for your symptoms is to put the camera in learn mode. It will reset after the truck is driven on the road.

Whenever I cross the lane markings "unintentionally" in my 2019 GMC Yukon SLT, I never see a flashing lane departure warning and certainly no audible alerts.  However, the electric steering assist will try to guide me back in properly when the lane keep assist turns from green to amber.

So the system seems to be functioning properly in regards to lane keep assist, but why am I not being alerted when an "unintentional" sway occurs?

How do you do that? The dealership couldn’t figure it out.

There is a procedure to relearn the front camera. Basically they connect the MDI 2 interface to the OBD2 connector and then their GDIS PC to the MDI 2 connector. They reset the error code and drive the vehicle on a nicely marked road and speeds > 36mph and the camera calibrates.

Is your forward collision alert system working?  When there's a car ahead of you are you seeing a green vehicle icon in the driver's information center, that will turn amber if you get too close to them based upon your collision detection setting that can be adjusted from the steering wheel controls?
