4wdriver Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Anyone try these yet? Got a new set here waiting to be mounted.
4wdriver Posted November 20, 2018 Author Posted November 20, 2018 Guess I’m the Guinea pig. Still haven’t been able to get them mounted.
pronstar Posted November 20, 2018 Posted November 20, 2018 I really wanted to give these a go, but didn’t want to be the guinea pig either LOLYoko makes very good tires, and I have little doubt that these will be awesome. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
CRApex Posted November 25, 2018 Posted November 25, 2018 I had the Yokohama Geoland’r Outlanders put on my 17 when it was new..305/55/20’s. Couldn’t get them to balance and they made an annoying drone imo so got rid of them. I have Nitto G2’s now and love em.

4wdriver Posted December 2, 2018 Author Posted December 2, 2018 Still haven’t been able to get these mounted. Tried yesterday morning at the local Walmart which opens at 7am and at 6:57 am they had 10 people already standing in line. I just left. The local guy I wanted to use went on a honeymoon for 2 weeks. Guess I will wait for him.
pronstar Posted December 2, 2018 Posted December 2, 2018 I’m really curious to know how loud/quiet these will be. Toyos aren’t too loud. My new Nittos are slightly quieter IMHO, but hard to say without back to back testing, on the same truck, with same tire size. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
4wdriver Posted October 3, 2020 Author Posted October 3, 2020 These are loader than I had hoped as they have worn otherwise not bad. I probably should go all terrain next.
i82much Posted October 4, 2020 Posted October 4, 2020 I ran MT's for years but they were so bad in ice or packed snow I started getting them siped. Then I started getting punctures in the sipes when the tread depth got low - lotta rocky roads in north Idaho. Finally I said eff it, got some sense in my head and started buying the BFG All Terrains. Yeah, they aren't as good in the mud but you don't have to sipe them, they hold up to anything you can throw at them, and they are far, far better in winter conditions. Mud terrains have their place, but it ain't on my truck!
