Help me with tires.

I have a 2014 GMC Sierra SLT 4x4 with the 6.2 and 3.73 blah blah blah. It is the crew cab with 6.5 bed.

Because of the vibration issue I got 4 brand new tires at 25,000 miles 275/55/20 Goodyear LS2. Great tire for the street. Horrible for gravel, mud or snow or ice.

I need help with selecting tires and sizes.

I have always been a BFG All Terrain Guy. I have run at least 4 sets on previous trucks to 60,000 and sold the tires off and got new ones.

I actually was running two sets of rims and a set of BFG KO2 275/60R20. I put them on and it seems to ride like shit and the truck no longer seems quick as it was. (I am getting old)

I really did like the look of the BFG, my brother states I need to get a programmer to readjust the shift points for the bigger tires.

I just turned over 90,000 miles tonight. 50% of those miles are with a trailer.

I did buy a set of the rancho easy level 9000 strut and have not installed yet. I already have airbags in the back which makes the factory rake even worse.

I am only going to run one set of wheels and tires so I have to pick one that will fit all needs.

I will probably go with a 275/60R20. Maybe a 275/65R20 since I have the rancho easy level struts. The 275/60R20 seems to be a bit bigger than stock, I can still pull and price wise are a little less than the 65.

I have been looking at the Hankook ATM and the BFG KO2. I really love the life and look of the BFG, they are just not that well mannered for as much highway and street driving. The kicker is when it snows and is icy you know you are getting home safe with the BFG and that is truly worth a lot.

Any other tires or combos I should look at?

I really like the look of the Cooper AT3 and the prices seem cheaper right. My brother says the life sucks and they can be hard to balance. I have also heard this tire can be noisy.

What would you get or recommend?

I have had the coopers at for about 20k Miles. They where great for about 10k Miles. Then had vibration issues. Shop replaced one and they got them rebalanced ok but still slight vibration. I would stay away from them. I am going with Firestone At next as I had them on another truck and they were much better. For me anyway.

I have 275/60r20 Hankook atm on my 6.2 and they are great! I’ve only put 3,500 miles on them so far and they are quiet, comfortable and I’ve only taken about a 1.5mpg hit. Seem good in snow too [emoji1744]‍[emoji3603]
