High pitch whistling noise when accelerating

I have 2018 GMC Denali HD with duramax that has the whine on acceleration and when i back off throttle the whine quiets as well .Has there been a resolution or find for this issue .My truck has only 850 miles on it..I have 2 trucks and just use this to pull my boat .When under load and accelerating it sounds like someone is blowing a car horn under the hood. No check engine lights and really no noticeable fuel deviations.Anyone heard of a fix ?

can anyone help me out? i just got my truck back from dealership yesterday and they replaced a filler hose  for whistle noise coming from passenger side as I accelerate it happens between 35 - 50 MPH,,, can anyone help with this noise '? it only happens if i'm opening up the the throttle to get in up 35- 50 MPH quickly and then goes away. Its very strange noise, it only happens when im pressing down on the throttle and opening it up to get up to speed. ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.  ( its a brand new truck, started happening about 500-600 miles, truck has 1100 miles now on it.
