The Collision Alert control is on the
steering wheel. Press [ to set the FCA timing to Far, Medium, Near,
or Off. The first button press shows
the current setting on the DIC. Additional button presses will change this setting. The chosen setting will remain until it is changed
and will affect the timing of both the Collision Alert and the Tailgating Alert features. The timing of both
alerts will vary based on vehicle speed. The faster the vehicle speed, the farther away the alert will occur. Left hand side of steering wheel, inside row, top button.

The button on the wheel only changes the near ,far , medium , it does not have off mode

It should, this is straight from the owners manual, FCA can be disabled with either the FCA steering wheel control or,
if equipped, through vehicle personalization. See “Collision/ Detection Systems” under Vehicle
Personalization 0 160.

You are correct Sir! Home page, settings, vehicle, collision/detection systems, then it will give you options including, off.

Thank you , you are correct as well , only from the infotainment system I was able to stop it .
The funny thing I always wanted the alert without the automatic brake and it was there as an option .
Thanks sir .
