I picked up my rental yesterday.  They relented and got me a  F150 crew cab.  Not a bad ride, but I already miss my GMC.  It's proving damn hard to locate a replacement that matches mine.  I had pretty much exactly what I wanted and I just can't find another one.  Everything I find is a crew cab short bed.  I have a double cab standard bed SLT AT.  I really like the standard bed.  I can live with the extra length of a crew cab, but I can't seem to find one.  Looking for a 15 or newer.  If you see something near you, please post it up. A Silverado Z71 LTZ would work fine as well.  Thanks for looking.

Good luck man your whole situation just sucks.  Life is precious, I am glad you walked away from this, it could have been a lot worse.  You will find the truck you want, take your time.

Update.   Heard late yesterday that it is in fact totalled.  They made me an offer, but it's a bit low.  Not extremely low, it's in the ball park, but out in left field a bit.  The comps were odd.  Only 2 of the 7 were ATs, no z71s and none were CPO like mine.  In talking to them, they don't seem to understand CPO and think it's just another third party extended warranty.  Now the negotiation begins.

I did find a new 18 SLT Z71 with a 6.2 that I want to go drive.

I'd recommend sending them comps back that you find with trucks that are actually like yours.  I do question who in the hell would order an AT and not have the Z71 package?  Isn't that kind of the point?

Good luck man.  The AT's are hard to find, especially in 1500's.  I found 3/4 ton's a lot but did not need that much truck.  I hope you find the truck you will be happy with.

The All Terrain trim has the Z71 suspension package standard.  All of them do, it's part of that trim package.

I did find them better comps and sent them in last night.  I would have considered a Z71 a reasonable comp, but none of the non ATs they used were Z71s.  Nor could I find any plain Z71s to use as a comp.  All the ones I found were ATs.

How much are you willing to pay/travel lol? I have a 15 All Terrain SLT DCSB. 6.2L, GPS, slider window, morimotos HID's/LED fogs, AFE Intake, tinted, 30" Unibond light bar custom mounted behind the grille, 2.5" level front and rear on 33x12.5 Pro Comp A/T's. Only 32,000km, never winter driven, put away right now. I would let it go for around $42,000CAD. ($30,150USD)

Nice truck and a good price, but that may be a bit too far away.  I'll keep it in mind though if I can't find anything local.  I have no idea what would be involved with "importing" it to the USA.
