Do I Really Need UCAs w/ 2.25 Level?

Reason I asked was it was one of several dealer installed options when I bought the truck...Lee GMC/Buick in Crestview, Florida. They installed, did the tires and alignment and threw in window tint. All paperwork included with warranty. I can’t speak for those who did it themselves or a different installer. Brand new truck, wasn’t a used one already done sitting on the lot. Service department told me they do at least one a week and after looking at the paperwork it is the RC 2.25. Not doubting your dealership/service department at all ?

Dealer installed mine.  Both in 2012 and 2015 no problems on either truck and i use 900# plow on occasion.   Been in for alignments and check up,  all reports fine...  and one other thing, I believe dealers think the customers are stupid to be honest, and the dealers try to back out on their responsibilities more often than customers play stupid.

So you don't have UCAs with your level and all is fine?  I have over 40K on my level w/o UCAs and no problems as well.  This is partly why I questioning needing them now.  Like if there was going to be a problem maybe it would have shown itself by now...

I have factory as built UCA's.  No problems,  and all is well with level.

Nope, wheel usually tilts,  wrecks the CV Axle and sometimes damages the wheel and tire.
