Has anyone noticed a rattle in their exhaust when you start off or rev the engine?

There is likely a valve right in front of the muffler. Look under the truck and have someone rev the engine. It is a known issue on earlier 14 to 18 trucks. My exhaust has been replaced twice and it still rattles.

Replaced it with the factory Borla system

Mine AT4 5.3 had a rattle when starting and after reving the engine then as it came down you could hear it. I inspected the exhaust and my rattle was coming form the muffler and bumper chrome tip. The driver's side muffler was not centered and would vibrate on the chrome tip. I went down their and adjusted the  rear last exhaust hanger as much as I could which wasn't much but it has not made the rattle noise ever since.
