The Griots Garage has a benefit I forgot until it rained the other night, really helps stop water spotting truck looked like I just wiped it down after the rain, Griots is what the Guy that did the Ceramic Pro recommended great between washes.

Do  you have a ceramic coat on your truck?

Not yet, I've considered it but, I just use Adam's liquid paint sealant & H20 guard & gloss currently...

I gave up on the two bucket method also.

Instead I just got a bunch of microfiber mitts. I use one mitt on each panel then toss it in the dirty laundry. I use 15-20 mitts and never put a dirty one back in the bucket of suds so it's always clean.

I have ceramic coating so I used pH neutral soap. Leaf blower to dry then hit it with detail spray. Takes about 2 1/2 hours . That include full exterior detail. Tires wheels all the chrome. This is what it looks like when I'm done.

Then I do the same thing to the silver one behind it if I have enough energy but that don't happen too often

Either Meguires Quik Detailer or Mother's Showtime. I think the Mothers is a little better.

Do you use the detailer after you dry it?

I spray it on when it's still wet.

If it's dry I use a wet towel with the spray .

I'm actually going to try one of the rinseless wash sprays today.

Heading to O'Reillys this morning to see what they got .

I finally got some "Waterless Car Wash" today. I never really looked that hard to find any of this stuff. All O'Reillys has is wash and wax spray.

Today I stumbled on this at Wally world. $10.

Works pretty good. I'll be getting more.

I use a lot of waterless wash. Adams Polishes. I buy a gallon of rinseless wash ($50). Add 1oz to a 16 oz spray bottle and fill with water. Distilled preferred but required. So I get 128 16oz bottles ( if I don't spill ). Works great. And way cheaper than buying waterless wash in 16oz bottles.

I recently picked up some Optium OPTI-CLEAN, waterless wash. Worked great on minor cleaning of the white diamond tricoat hood of my Yukon Denali. Next test is pollen and tree sap on my metallic graphite Silverado. ?

be careful with pollen. It can be very abrasive. Use lots of solution.

Good point. ?? I’ll probably just do a pressure washer rinse, foam, and rinse instead.
