If the fender is bolted on (vs welded), then I would periodically hit up junkyards for a good fender that's the right color.  You could also try used part places (where they remove the parts), they are more likely to have them, but also more expensive.

Otherwise, it's a body shop, and either pound it out/fill/paint, or replace the fender/paint, and the price will vary depending on the shop.

Found a 2016 fender for 175$ (already black) thinking of picking that up and swapping it for her. Never worked on a Acura but cant be too hard?

It's probably straightforward, mainly just a question of how much other stuff around it you have to unbolt and/or remove to swap it.  And with the dented one off, you can try popping it out to make it flat again, and if it works, you could probably sell it and make some of that $175 back...

I ordered a dent removal kit, going to give that a stab Monday and likely pick up the panel if it doesnt work. Being an Acura I dont see them selling this fender very fast LOL.

It looks to be a PITA to swap via Acura forums but not impossible. Just 2-4 hours of time.  Def not taking to a body shop or telling the insurance

You can always take the replacement fender in hand and go to a smaller body shop and offer them CA$H to swap the fender out. Save yourself the hassle of trying to do it yourself. If you aren’t familiar with the process of changing a fender on a late model sedan, it might become a real pita. Just my .02

its a 2018 Acura, I checked out some youtube videos of how to replace it on an accord (same car differnt grill basically) and it doesnt look that bad anymore. Unless I found a shop for under $50, which I doubt anyone would do I'll just do it myself in the garage and save the cash. I am going to give the dent pulling kit I ordered off amazon a shot tommorow..
