I have 38000 miles and started whining most notions at 30-50 mph I hate to think but sounds like differential / ring pinion anyone else have issues?

Are you sure that it's not the tires?  Too many possibilities. You might need to have it on a hoist and listen to isolate it.  If the noise varies with the throttle, then it might be gears. If the noise just  varies with speed,  I would look at the tires.

I have a second set tires I am going to put in to make sure not tires but I am 99% sure it not it is getting louder and tires are in good shape rotated every 5000 K

If your truck is a 4x4, check your autotrac setting to make sure that you are in 2 Hi and not in Auto 4. The transfer case will make some additional noise when in Auto 4.

Turns out to be wheel bearing I guess GM is making junk now and since I am at 38,000 and 1 year old it out of warranty who would think you buy a $59,000 truck and whell

bearing does not last but a year $700 I guess it time fo back to Ford

$700

Dealer?

Fix it yourself for 1/4 of that maybe.

Ford or other brand could happen also.
