Engine light

2017 gmc Sierra.  I recently had trouble with low power mode kicking in after my engine light was on.  Figured out it wad the throttle body. I cleaned it and re installed. After 2 days engine light went off.  2 months later the engine light is on again and im noticing a little hesitation in the engine like I did before I cleaned the throttle body.   Any help is very much appreciated.  I also put in a fuel additive. Sea foam.  For the possibility of fuel injectors needing cleaned

Without knowing the DTC's, there's nothing we can tell you. You need to get it scanned.
