Here's the blurb that came with the Pix:

 

Here are some pictures from an accident that occurred

                 on the Syncrude open pit tars and mine by Fort

                 McMurray. The welding truck parked in  front of the

                 ore truck to perform some repairs. The operator of the

                 ore truck was eating lunch in the cab during his break

                 and didn't see  the welder pull up on the blind side.

                 At the end of the break, the operator started the

                 truck and attempted to drive away. The welder was not

                 in the truck at the time.

 

 

This was sent to me at work from our health and safety folks.  Me thinks it was one of those "Don'ts" messages.

Well, it's a shame that they bent the ladder on the CAT.....

It's just a scratch that can easily be buffed out.
