Nice!  How many miles are on it?  Don't forget the transfer case fluid.  Easy to change out and the ATL comes in a squeeze pack which makes it easy to do.

43k miles. I didn’t know Amsoil made transfer case fluid for these.

Yes,  I have been running it in both my 2002 and now my 2019.    AMSOIL ATL

Yes, AMSOIL's ATL is good to go in place of the Auto Trac II.  My 2002 called for the Auto Trac II and I used that until AMSOIL came out with the ATL and then I switched over to it.  No issues at all.

Okay. So is it ATL or ATF? The link that you posted I went to was for ATF.

Yes, it is the ATL which is the low viscosity ATF.   It is what goes in the transfer case.

Just over a qt.  So 2 qts will over the T case.

GM Spec is Dex VI ATF, so Nick's got you covered.
