Has anyone tried one of these on the new body style.  I have never had a bed cover of any kind.  Just tool box and done, but very interested in these.  Let me know your thoughts.

I just helped my brother install one on his F150 today. Nifty unit and really solid.

Can’t comment on the new style gm’s though, can’t imagine it Varys much.

I had one on my F250, it's very strong and secure if you're going to be putting valubles in the back like guns. BUT it's a major pain to take off and on. I have Dirt bikes in the back of mine alot and you can't do it with a DB. If you have no need to take off or on it's ptobably the best cover out there.

I have one on my AT4 and I absolutely love it.  The thing is built like a tank, high quality parts, top tier manufacturing, made in the USA, excellent customer service, and provides a ton of utility.  I get a lot of comments of how awesome it looks.

While nothing is 100% safe from thieves, I having no issues leaving things in the bed of my truck. And no fear of water getting in.

I got the HD model, which is rated to support 1600 pounds.  But, I see in the owners manual GM suggests no more than 1000 pounds on the side rails.  But it sure is handy to haul stuff on top of the cover.

There is a great discussion in the Tacoma World site about the Diamondback that sold me on it.

It's expensive, but it's built to last. I have no regrets.

Those look nice!  Too bad I remove my cover when I help people move and that looks like it would be a PITA to remove all the time.  Plus I'd have to rethink my truck box as their accessory thingies don't look deep enough compared to the way I have my truck box set up now with the compressors in it.
