2019 rst rough country 2 inch strut level

Having a 2 inch rc strut level installed on my 19 rst. How is the ride quality compared to stock? And what size tires can I run on the stock 18 wheels and what size spacer to get some tire poke with the stock wheels?

I'm running 275/70/18 with a level. Probably could have gone bigger, but it's not my style.

I’m running that size completely stock- no rubbing. 

You could probably get by with the 285 or 295...

I almost went with 285, but the obnoxious price difference wasn't worth it to me.
