I have a 2019 Chevrolet High Country with a dumb mirror . I would like to upgrade with camera, compass, temp, on star ect. Any suggestions ?

I see others that you can view the rear camera from the rear view mirror .

Maybe cause my High Country is a 3LT and not LTZ.

Yeah well the only option for you is the rear view camera which is discussed on another thread. Myself and another have done this add, it’s pricey but worth it. You also may be waiting for parts for a little bit.

Your onstar is on the overhead console, not the mirror anymore.

As Fiatdale stated earlier parts are tough to find for camera upgrade but doable for sure, check eBay too! Rearview mirrors from 2019 Cadillac XT4 will work too, that’s what I ended up installing in mine which saved me some cash. I’m also selling 3rd brake light with camera and wiring harness in for sale thread if your interested.

I'm surprised at this as well.  Might  be a dumb point to make, but there is a switch on the mirror to flip it from "dumb" to camera.

No tech package = dumb mirror.

It’s probably not a dumb mirror, it’s probably an auto dim, just doesn’t have the camera. Unlike us with RST or customs, with a literal plain Jane mirror
