Front end alighnment

Got a 2019 2500 6.0 4x4 only 160 miles on it I seen no were in the manual when it says to get a front end alignment when is the proper time to do it on new truck?

I’ve been told every10k miles, but I never do it.

I’ve never needed a front end alignment. I’m don’t have a pothole problem in my area. I’ve rarely had a vehicle with over 150K or had front end work done. Most of my working life has involved off roading. If you’re hard on your vehicle have bad roads your tires wear uneven, it may need alignment. I just had my car serviced with tire rotation at 54K. My tire wear was even and wearing well. My service writer says you’ll probably need tires and alignment soon. I ask him to explain the alignment. He couldn’t, they just have talking points from a script. It’s you like spending money and it makes you feel better go for it. It’s not a routine requirement.
