When it does it again and if possible, make your way to the dealership to show the Service Writer so they have something to go on when an appt. is made. Otherwise not much to do other to ensure all the respective software updates have been completed on your unit. The Radio [A11 Module] may need to be replaced. Others have experienced blacking out, no sound, half screen display etc. The symptoms may disappear after a reset or may continue to reside on your unit. Not much you can do except make note of the symptoms and take it to the dealer.
