L87Powered Posted January 28, 2020 Posted January 28, 2020 Anyone know how to keep task lighting (lamps on the side mirrors) AKA perimeter lighting, on while driving?
Darth Potatoes Posted January 28, 2020 Posted January 28, 2020 Why?I'm with you, those things are way too bright to need to be on while driving. Unless it's at low speed for the woods or something. There was a thread a few weeks ago about it Sent from my GM1917 using Tapatalk 1

mistaare Posted January 28, 2020 Posted January 28, 2020 I was told on ford models, they automatically shut off over 5 mph. That would be nice

Boost Auto Parts has a relay/diode mod for this. It will activate them with the brights. you can also add a diode to operate the lows, fogs and brights at the same time. 19gmcsierraat4 Posted March 9, 2020 Posted March 9, 2020 Very interested in this... looking them up! thanks
Charlie Hatch Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Would it be possible to just tap in the task light wires with some diodes and a separate powered switch to operate them anytime?
