20 inch Elevation wheel info.

Hey guys, looks like I'm coming back to the GM side. I had a 2015 All Terrain that I regret selling and will be picking up a 2019 Crew Cab Elevation next week. I am hoping someone can help me out with the 20 inch wheels that come standard on the model.

I'm looking to get 1.5 inch wheel spacers and can't seem to find any info on the forums if there are pockets for the studs...in case the studs protrude after installation of the spacer. I can see tons of info on the forums that the Chevy TB wheels have the pockets. Can anyone confirm if the 20 inch Elevation wheels have the pockets as well? Will I be safe in ordering 1.5 inch wheel spacers or will I have to move up to the 2inch?

Thanks in advance.

Here is the back side. Looks like there is a pocket but unsure if they line up/ have room for a small portion of a spacer stud that will work like on the trail boss wheels

Thanks Dram! Do you have the Elevation wheels yourself?

I attached a pic from Taz56 who put 1.5 inch spacers on his Sierra. From your pic it looks like the stock studs would line up. I can' t tell from the pic you attached, but do you think the pockets are deep enough based on the picture from Taz56?

I do have the same wheels. I think the pocket is deep enough but the outer portion where it narrows down looks like it will be close it helps that the stock studs taper/round off on the end. Hard to tell without just trying it. I might do the same if they do work

I have the same wheels in the garage. I’m also curious if this will work. Currently have 20x9 Fuel Contras 0mm offset and would like to run the factory ones with the same look. I assume a 1.5” spacer is the answer...

Nick, are you lifted or on a front level with your Elevation to fit the 0mm offset? And what size tires?

Let's say the 1.5 inch wheel spacers fit the Elevation wheels, would you happen to know if the stock elevation wheels, with the 1.5 inch spacers, would clear and be free of rubbing at stock height and stock tires (275/60/20)? IF this is the case, I would be much more inclined to drop the rear 1.5 inches and do a reverse level with drop shackles and just run 1.5 inch heel spacers all around. I was thinking about a 1.5 inch under strut level, but really want to keep the stock ride.

Trza- I’m levelled with a 1.5” Motofab. Tires are 275/60/20 Duratracs and do rub slightly on the mud flaps in reverse mainly. I would suspect that with 1.5” spacers there is a chance for some rubbing. 1.5” = 38mm. I believe the Elevation wheels are +28mm offset. I’m currently running a 0mm stock size tires with a bit of rub. 1” = 25.4mm and 1.25” = 31.75. Subtract those from 28mm and they are in the same ballpark. I want to get some as well but do not want to trim the studs.

Hey guys, thought that I would post a picture of the backside of the 20 inch Elevation wheels for future reference. Looks to be quite a bit of room. Should easily clear 1.5 inch spacers.
