Fluctuating oil pressure gauge

Could be anything, from a broken oil pump, to a bad oil pressure sensor (OPS), to a wiring/connector problem, to a computer problem.

Not likely to be a gauge problem, because you also are getting the low oil pressure warning when it goes to zero.

Personally, I would start with getting a mechanic pressure gauge and hooking it up in place of the OPS to verify that you are getting good oil pressure, then test if the sensor is working right, then check the wiring.

It is interesting when your revolutions increase the oil pressure gauge decreases, almost in tandem together. I wonder if there is a shared ground connection somewhere that is starting to deteriorate. Hopefully someone on here will have an electrical diagram to see if it is a path worth exploring.

Checking oil pressure with a mechanical gauge is the best advise you have been given so far.

I assume your oil level is at the correct level.

Oil is at the correct level. After the truck has ran for 5 minutes the fluctuations stop. Then the pressure gauge says it is almost 120.

Listen for the engine on the first startup if it's chattering chattering mean low oil pressure so it could be oil pump issue if there is no chattering electrical issue

Also opening the engine oil cover on the four start up listen to you see if you could see oil flowing spilling that means good oil pump or know your oil pump is working.
