Brakes locking

Anyone else have or had a problem when braking at a stop light and your truck acts like abs kicks on and your truck tries to lock up like if you were on snow and then kinda clicks when you’re pulling off and your speedometer stops working until you get to a complete stop then it acts normal?

I'd had that happen when a wheel speed sensor is going bad. You start slowing down and one wheel drops to zero while the other 3 are still going 5-10mph. It kicks in the ABS pump because it thinks you are losing traction.
