Standard Load vs. E Load Tires advice 2020 Trail Boss

Just bought a 2020 LT Trail Boss. Traded in my 2017 LT and pretty happy. I did purchase a set of the  Nitto Grappler G2 for my 2017 in the SL load. That 2017 came with the Wrangler SRA tires. I want to buy a new set of Nitto G2's for the Trail Boss. The tires that came on it are the Dura Tracs in a LT 275/65R18. I don't plan on doing much off road at all and will not be pulling anything larger than a ATV trailer with ATV. Will not be carrying any loads over 500-1000. Should I stick to the LT type tire or is it safe to get the SL load tires?

I am looking at getting either the G2 295/70R18 SL or the LT 295/70R18.

Thanks.

Saweet I didn't notice there was a 295/70r18 SL.

Id go SL for sure.. same weight rating as stock duratracs.

The E load are much heavier tires and will ride a little rougher as well as take a hit on fuel economy.

I'm adding Nitto ridge grappler in 265/70r18

Appreciate the reply. You actually made me go back and look again at the weight ratings for the Goodyear tire. I did not realize that I had looked up the wrong version version of this tire which came on my truck. You are right that the ratings are near identical. Easy choice on the SL Nitto G2. Having them put them on tomorrow. Nice choice on your Nittos.
