GM headrest video infotainment

I have a 2019 GMC Sierra Denali and was wondering if anyone has purchased the video headrest infotainment and self installed. I have been contemplating on buying  this for my truck, but am wondering the difficulty of the installation. Any insight will be appreciated.

I am too very interested for my high country.  My 2018 Sierra SLT had the GM headrest that got thrown in on purchase from GM because I had issues with my other GM truck, and my kiddos loved them. The new ones have an HDMI adapter built in and are larger than the 2014-2018 models. They are quite pricey though at $1500

Yeah, I have been in contact with SCP, they have the one that I want in my interior color. Before committing, I'm asking for input as to how difficult a self install is with these vs. going to my dealer. As you mentioned, they are pricey, so I'm wanting to suppress the additional outlay. If anyone has done an install and can provide a link to the installation process, that will also help in my decision. My reasoning to buy these is for the grand kids; electronic media seems to keep them entertained.
