I just put Toyo Open Country AT3 285/75/18 (i.e., 34.8" x 11.3") on my 2019 AT4 with OEM 18" wheels and the Rough Country 2" leveling kit and they just barely fit with no rubbing on anything lock-to-lock.  Offroading with articulation and I think I'll be rubbing the front of the front liner a tad but not bad enough to need trimming or wearing a hole through them.

What I really like is how they decreased the angle of the UCA to what looks like a MUCH more acceptable angle.  I realize you're asking about a 1.75" leveling kit but mine is close to what you're asking.

I went with the Toyo 35" AT3's as they're only 11.3" wide.  I think a 12.5" tire would have had issues with the UCA ball joint.  I would have been close but the Toyo's offer plenty of ball joint clearance.
