GM part number needed

I need a replacement passenger side outside mirror for our 2009 Silverado Crew Cab 1500 LT Z71 4x4 after some igmo decided to play batter up and pound it repeatedly with a baseball bat or something.  Seems like there are lots of roving bands of punks these days, all up to no good. 

 

It had the black plastic mirror housing (not trailer mirrors) power fold, heated mirror, and built in turn signal.  I do not have all of the pieces from the housing/mirror, and I cannot find a part number(s) on what little was left hanging there.  Looking at some websites, I am seeing about 4 different options.  Apparently the part number the GM dealer gave me is for a manual mirror without turn signal.  2 different body shops gave me 2 other different numbers.  I want a direct replacement of the factory mirror, if possible.  I cannot find side mirrors on the AC Delco website.  

 

The truck has the optional side mirrors listed as "DL3 - OSRV MIRROR W/DRIVER SIDE AUTO DIMMING, PWR FOLD & ADJ, HEAT, TURN SIGNAL (REPLACES STD/PKG MIRROR)" on the "build sheet" that someone helped me get on this site when the truck was new.  

 

If somebody could find me the correct GM parts number for the mirror I need, I'd be much obliged.  Thanks!
