Tried to back up at my camp site and it was very dark. As I backed up and looked at display back up camera blinded me could see nothing in the truck cab, can’t even turn it off or use dimmer. I had to open my door and my wife shine a light to back up! Has GMC addressed this problem in my brand new 2020 truck? Have a Honda CR-V and the back up camera is fantastic in the dark-Hello?

Here's the TSB for the issue. Take it to the dealer and have them reprogram it.

  Gen 6 V8 will have AFM and or DFM. The first engine detailed of this is the LS6 which is confirmed to have AFM from the Corvette Museum Bash sessions.
