Paper replacement filter for K&N cold air kit?

I have a 2006 Silverado and have had a K&N cold air kit on it forever (this one).  I'm long past caring about the performance or whatever and tired of cleaning the filter.  Does anyone know of a conical paper replacement filter that fits properly in place of the K&N with this setup?  I don't still have the OEM setup anymore so can't easily/cheaply go back to that.

I'm not sure that you will find one because the inside filter diameter and flange is kind of unique to those filters. But maybe someone has done it.

 

Your other option is to just get a dryflow filter that uses no oil. AEM sells several different filters. You just need to take measurements of the current one and match it up to something they offer.

A junkyard will have the original setup for cheap, and they aren't a "wear" part, so they don't go bad over time..

Yeah I'm not sure I want to go to the trouble of replacing with OEM, will check out AEM and see if I can find one.
