Franky97 Posted March 28, 2021 Posted March 28, 2021 Not too long ago I had a message pop up on my dash that I had a right front turn indicator failure. So naturally I changed the bulbs, both bulbs were in good condition but I changed them anyway. After the fix, I tested my turn signals and the same message appeared and still no lights. I have checked fuses and can't find anything that can lead me to the issue. Left turn signal works as it should but still having problems with the right. Could it be a grounding issue? Wiring in the whole headlight assembly? Frustrating and want to fix.
jagabom (Esquire) Posted March 30, 2021 Posted March 30, 2021 On my 2017 Silverado it was a wiring harness issue. Warranty fixed it. Can't tell y'all what harness they replaced. Probably from the bulb back. Jim
Jean Dillard Posted November 15, 2024 Posted November 15, 2024 My right turn indicator blinks fast from dash. But front & back lights are working/on. So not bulbs. Why is it reading “right front indicator failure”??
MikeBMW Posted November 17, 2024 Posted November 17, 2024 Depending on the bulbs, incandescents can burn out slowly giving this indication 1
