2015 GMC Sierra 1500 Headlights (again)

2015 GMC Sierra 1500. I want to fix my headlights. I'd really like to replace the assemblies and everything vs just putting HID or LED bulbs in. What are others doing?

Thanks. Are there any videos showing how to replace the assemblies? Most of the front end has to come off, I think.
