The seats and console swap took almost 3 hours. My truck did not have a plug for the full console harness, so it is unplugged for now. I bought the interior set from a local junkyard. Set was both front chairs, rear bench seats, full console, and 4 door panels. Door panels swap is pending. The driver seat is now power adjustable. Surprisingly was plug n play, no additional wiring needed.

Donor truck: 2019 Silverado 1500 RST crew cab

My truck: 2021 Silverado 2500 Custom crew cab

Only issues were a gap between full console and dash, rear doors need a longer lock wire rod and additional mount hole, and no power to USB connections in full console. The trim panel for gap is part# 84127263. The 2500 lock wire rod needs to be lengthened by 3 inches to work with 1500 rear door panels. The 2500 rear door top trim will require a small mount hole to accept a push mount tab on 1500 door panel.

For the gap under the console, on trucks built with a console there is a trim piece that snaps in there.

See the YouTube at 2:53

Others that have swapped in the console may chime in.

Looks great!

That's the part. Looks like I will need to move the console to install it.

Any idea what made the power seats plug and play? Wondering if there is something I can look for in my truck see if it is this easy before I purchase seats. Thanks.

Did you ever get an answer from anyone?

I just purchased a floor console for my 2021 Trail Boss Custom. Waiting for delivery. After watching some Youtube videos and reading Roberts post I looked under my passenger side seat and I do not see a connector or a wiring harness to connect to the console. Has anyone else had this problem? And if so how did you wire in the console? Can I add a harness/connector under the carpet on the floor? I made sure to pay extra for the console wiring harness. Not sure how to connect this harness to the truck. I have requested the VIN# of the donor truck to see if there is a harness part# I can purchase.

Any ideas or advise?

Will the harnesses be the same for the same style seats from a 2019-2022 old style to a 2022 refresh?

Example.

My driver's seat is cloth, powered and heated.  My passenger seat is cloth, manual and heated.  If I get the same setup in leather, is the harness the same?

something to keep in mind. almost all the trucks with leather have memory. If your truck does not have a communication wire for that memory module the seat will not move. the leather swap on my 22 rst ltd it was plug in play but previously i had a 22 custom ltd and it didn't have the necessary wiring under the driver seat. I had to run 2 positive wires for the passenger seat. one for lumbar one for recline and frame movement.
