Air Horn Compressor

I am looking for an air horn compressor that is quiet. The one that I have installed is in the pic. The compressor is loud and very obvious when it runs and I want a compressor that is less obvious when it needs to run. Can someone recommend a better compressor? Thank you!!

Just delete it... that would also take care of the loud and obnoxious horns.

So you don’t like the noise you hear but you’re okay with annoying everyone else with this stupid horn?

There is a long list of people that need to be annoyed. Like the guy crossing the centerline watching his phone that needs a wake up call. Has to be pretty loud to over come the doppler effect. He can't see you flashing your lights and heading for the ditch staring at his/her phone. Or the semi that overtook you doing a lawful speed because he believes he is so much more important than anyone he shares the road with and want's you to know how annoyed he is with you forcing you to check up or get clipped even though you will pass this fool on the next 5% grade he can't make, and the next and the next.

 

Or perhaps the jack fruit that has is poorly aimed high beams, double light bar and fogs on with a pair of pillar spots  lighting up the night like high noon that refuses to obey the four light max in most states and dipping his bright lights which is required in every state and has ignored twice your attempts to get him to do so dipping yours several times. Always much better when he is 300 pounds over tongue weight painting the sky. 

 

I'd have them but I think those same people are just as likely to shoot you for asking them not to kill you and your entire family. 

 

Not a toy to be used always but they do have there use. Exact same reasons that trains use them. Keep stupid people from killing the innocent.

I love how people who have no actual knowledge of the subject feel the need to add their two cents. The first two replies lack any practical knowledge because they assumed I was annoying people. I am lawfully using the air horn and work in emergency services. I asked a straightforward question, and I was hoping to get some help from a supposed knowledgeable forum. I guess I came to the wrong place.......

Your welcome. If it is mounted in the bed build yourself an acoustically insulated box. They don't run long enough for heat to an issue. You came to the right place
