Here's some Michelin Defender 305 45 22 on my 23 High Country.  Fuel 22x10 +10 offset.

I put these on when it was brand new so I can't compare to the Bridgestones but it rides pretty nice and quiet

Good lookin truck, what's the offset on those wheels?

Here you go.....

Thanks a lot, I think I'm sold. You can definitely see the difference between the 305s and 275s.

Seems like the best way to get more tire on the ground without going 10-ply and adding 20+ pounds per tire

I went with Firestone 285/45/22 A/T2 all terrain on my '22 LTZ Z71. Ride great, super quiet and balanced out perfect.

Thank you. I've had many sets of 22" tires and these are by far the best.

The 285/45 will give you less sidewall height. The 22's need more sidewall, not less. Unless, of course, you're looking for less sidewall?

Im more leaning toward going with the 305's. Im just concerned about if i would have front turn clearance issues.

If you are concerned about clearance issues, just stick with the 275/50r22. It is 33" while the 285/45r22 is 32". The 10 mm width on the 285 isn't even noticeable next to the 275's. There are a bunch of new offerings in 275/50r22 as of late, including AT tires and the Michelin LTX MS.

So far, anyone that has put the 305's on their truck has had no clearance issues. Even with the Sierra's, which have less clearance with the squared off wheel wells.

I don't / didn't have any issues on my 23 Sierra Ultimate and I ran the same tire size on my 2019 Silverado High Country, both running OEM wheels.

The truck looks great! Did you do any modifications for tire clearance?

Im looking to either go 305/34/22 or 285/45/22

No modifications
