I'm taking a road trip to pick up two complete dirt bikes and one parts bike. I'd like to know if anyone has been able to put two or three bikes in the back of one of these trucks. How are you hauling your bikes?

You may be able to corner tie two full sized bikes with the tailgate closed.  I use a bed buddy and can get a full sized bike and a kids bike in with the tailgate closed but have not tried with two full sized bikes.  Good luck.

You can also tie them straight forward and lift the back tires up while someone closes the tailgate. Set the bikes back down on top of the tailgate. Make sure to check them again to make sure they are secured.
watch to make sure the front fenders don’t hit the back window though.

I can fit one with the tailgate up, but its a big boy (XR650R).  With the tailgate down I can fit three.

I've gone to hauling motorcycles in an enclosed trailer.

(I've hauled single street bikes in a bed -- but the last time was years ago)

Wheel chocks make life much easier. (I suppose they could be mounted in a bed...)

E-track on floor for tie down. (more versatile than rings)

In the bed, 3 bikes side-by-side, handlebar interference might be an issue.

I've seen pics of 3 in a bed, with centre one loaded backwards so it's bars were over the seats of the outside ones.
