They look just like the Rough Country Pocket Fender Flares but without the rivet holes.

Those are factory body colored. It is a factory option.

No they're not.  The factory ones don't stick out that far and they stop at the mud flaps.  The ones in that picture cover the mud flaps.

They might be an accessory, but they're not the factory painted ones.  I have factory painted ones and they're not the same.

That's a flawed logic given that a lot of things you could order from the factory are actually installed at the dealerships.  Floormats and OE wheels are a perfect example.  Tonneau covers, bed liners, nerf bars, trailer tire sensors, bed tiedown hooks, so on and so forth.  Just because it's also listed on a GM Accessories website doesn't mean it's only a dealership option.  And, at the end of the day, does it really matter when it's GM that supplies it?  Splitting hairs here, aren't we?

Edit:  Just wanted to add that often times there is a difference between getting it directly from the supplier and getting it through GM.  For example, the 40" led lightbar on GM Accessories.  Baja Designs is the supplier.  Get it through Baja Designs and it's a 3 wire weatherpack connector because of amber colored auxiliary lights in the lightbar.  Get it through GM Accessories and it's a 2 wire weatherpack connector because the lightbar doesn't have the amber auxiliary lights.

And a quick check at GM accessories shows

Accessories has 3 fender flare versions.

AFAIK, the 'factory order' (and associated pricing) only offered the smooth version (and yes they were dealer install)

SF6   LPO, Body color wheel arch moldings, (dealer-installed)
1 - Requires exterior paint (GAN) Quicksilver Metallic, (GAZ) Summit White, (G1W) White Frost Tricot, (GJI) Dark Sky Metallic, (GSK) Cayenne Red Tintcoat or (GBA) Onyx Black. Not available with (PDH) GMC Interior Protection Package, LPO or (VQK) Front and Rear Molded Splash Guards, LPO.

I think these are the coloured / smooth ones that can be factory ordered -- available in several colours.

These are available in accessories

Called 'rugged look'  -- seem to be black only

Also by EGR,

These are 'bolt on look'

Those EGR “bolt on”, look hideous!  Yuck. I prefer the color matched first ones that resemble the ones on the Denali’s from factory.
