2018 sierra purchase

Considering  purchasing a 2018 Sierra 1500 4x4 crew work truck with 33000 miles. Carfax shows it is a one owner that was bought in Canada and registered as a commercial vehicle until bought by dealership. Would you have any reservations about this ? Most everything should still be under warranty guessing?

Is it a "GM Certified" vehical?   I bought my '17 with 32k on it from a Chevy dealership & it was Certified, which came with a 12months/12k Bumper to Bumper warranty. I had side steps replaced, the "Y" cats & gas filler flap assembly replaced, so warranty was well worth it, plus 2 oil changes. Otherwise........

It won't be under warranty for long unless it was certified.

 

These trucks only come with a 5 year 60,000 mile warranty, so we are already at the 4 year mark.

 

If it's clean and the price it right, then it's likely worth it.

As long as it checks out mechanically and all recalls are taken care of. Sounds good.  If it is out of warranty you can probably purchase some from the dealer. Good luck

55k is about when the converters start acting up, get exstended driveline warrantee to 100k if thats possible

I just bought a 2018 Sierra and the dealer offers lifetime powertrain warranty. Believe it when I see it.
