Improved Turning Radius?

I went from a 2019 RST to a 2022 LT TB Refresh and the tuning radius seems significantly better.  Does this have to do with the Z71 functionality or is it related to the lift?

Same cab and box size? 

 

 

GM specs for the 2022's shows the lifted trucks a tiny bit larger turning circle than no-lifted, for the same cab and box. (ie same wheelbase)

 

On some configurations it is a tiny bit larger for 20 or 22" wheels

Yup; same cab (crew) and box (short). Also same rim size 18s.  The increased turning radius is definitely noticeable. Weird!

I dunno, my 2012 Sierra turned way better than my 147" wheelbase '22 high country. This thing is like turning a limo into my driveway haha
