Driver’s Side Rear Window Fell

My neighbor’s dog was barking, so I checked my security camera over my driveway.  I noticed that my driver’s side rear window was down, at first I thought someone broke it, so I went out to look at it.  It wasn’t broken into, so I tried to raise it up, no go.  I went back inside to review what my camera caught, and it fell on its own Sunday afternoon, over a 30 second period.  
 

Regulator?

Cable on the Window Regulator snapped. 

 

Out with the old (took about 10 minutes to finagle it out of the door, showing my son what happened to it):

Cleaning off the grease on the window (Hard to keep fingers out of the grease when manhandling them):
