My new '22 RST

Picked this beauty up yesterday. Exterior-wise is still very similar to '21, but the interior is just WOW. 5.3 10spd (NO DFM)

Beautiful truck. I bought a '21 so I am constantly telling myself that the new interior is no big deal.

Where did you get the black Z71 badges from?  those look great!

It was a dealer installed option blackout all lettering and numbers are gloss black.

GM finally came out with them this year. It never made sense that they didn't have them before.

I don't believe that the Z71 emblem is part of that package. Your dealer probably ordered it separate and put it on. I looked at a 2022 refresh that had this package but the Z71 emblems were still chrome (unless the dealer I looked at the truck at didn't put the Z71 badge on).

You can find them on Amazon they come in different sizes you OEM replacement size I think I saw them for $38.00 for both side s

My dealership had 2 RST A BLACK one and my iridescent pearl white both had the black Z71 badges on.

I believe you’re correct. A black z71 badge isn’t included in the blackout package.

It's silly that the Z71 badge isn't part of the blackout package.
