I’ve been wondering about headlights for awhile and got reminded being out last night. I noticed a big change about 12 years ago. I thought initially it’s was just my eyes were getting older and chalked it up as that. Then it dawned on me as I realized I’m driving with my finger on my high beam flasher subconsciously. Everyone seems to believe these headlights are too bright. It was so bad when we got our 2011 Genesis I had them adjusted down. When people are coming  up an incline  it’s even worse. About 1/2 the cars on our two lane road flashed me. It was the only way I knew they had their low beams on. Lower the glare drive slower on two lanes. How hard can that be. Who came up with this nonsense? I’m glad I don’t need to drive at night, it’s insane. Now don’t come back with old eyes old man. There’re not all older who are flashing me, that’s for sure!
