What product is best for rubber floor mats (or bumper steps and side steps) to keep them looking good but not slippery?

Get yourself a soft bristle brush drill attachment and when you go to clean the car just gentle dish soap or your auto wash soap and soap it up and agitate with the brush. No need to use harsh chemicals on rubber and plastics that may dry them out.

I just use my car wash with this drill attachment brush. Put a little soap and run the big brush over it. Rinse and let it dry

I wouldn't use that for the wheels. It will scratch them pretty bad.
