Have a 2021 6.2 Trail Boss and having whining noise on acceleration when driving only. Replaced pulley and belts already same issue. It starts making noise after 2k rpms. It is intermittent and almost sounds like something either with throttle or air intake.

Couldn't play your video.  Can you replicate by brake torquing the motor a little?

I tried it while holding brake down in gear and started to do it but you cant really go high rpms while doing it.

That sounds very similar but more intense than what I experienced as I could only hear the noise outside the truck.  I take it with belts and pullies being replaced the dealer has isolated this to the engine bay and not the transmission bellhousing area?

Still going at it.  It was not the belt and the pulley.  I’m thinking the problem is bigger.  I have agreed with the service rep to drop it off in January so they keep looking at it.  Hopefully they can figure it out.
