GM 2" Factory Lift - will it work with the '22 refresh w/ LM2?

Does the GM 2" factory lift work with the '22 refresh Silverado with the LM2?

 

I could have swore it was listed on the Chevrolet Accessories website but I can't find it or a part number now so looking to confirm if it can work with the LM2. The truck is a 2022 refresh Silverado 1500 LTZ and LM2.

What I'm asking and trying to confirm is if this will fit the refresh Silverado with the 3.0? Also, that part number does not show up on the Chevrolet Accessories webpage for me even if I clear the vehicle information. 

 

I can find it on other GM parts websites though.

Yes, will fit no issues.  The 5.3 LT trim is the only one that should need the rear spring swap to steel springs.  

 

Only things preventing the kit from being installed per GM is NHT max trailer or VYU plow prep.

I'm guessing the kit is currently unavailable since it's not on the Chevrolet Accessories website. 

 

What is odd is the kit is on the GMC Accessories though.

Yea its on national backorder.  Current # is 86814402, old # was 84993582.

That makes sense. Has there been any indication when it will be available again?

 

I'm wanting to go this route to keep my warranty intact and don't plan on going over 2" anyways.

A few dealers have the old and new part #, I bet if you were local they would sell it to you. I think it weighs 100+ lbs so shipping wouldn't be worth it

Yes it will fit. It is the same lift that comes on the Trailboss and AT4 with the 3.0.

The 3.0 and 6.2 sit about .5" low because of weight from most lifts and factory suspension. You can always add a 3/8" strut spacers on top though to net a true 2".

Exactly what it is.  NHT is the RPO code for Max Trailer Package.  If you have this code, GM says no factory lift beacuse it changes the shocks out.

Hey newdude, I just ordered that new part through the Chevy Accessories site, and just got an email about it being on backorder…Have these things been on backorder since this post? Or do they fill some orders, then go back on backorder? I’m trying to decide if I need to cancel my order or just be patient…Thanks!!

On backorder at GM.  Long or short term I can't see at the moment, just says no ETA.
