Has anyone done this yet? Appears all the mounts on the frame are the same, would likely need some shackles, the additional bolts, etc.

I'm sure somebody has tried, but I am not aware of it.  I know there are discussions about swapping leaf springs for the GM lift kit, but nobody actually does and they continue to use their original rear leafs.

I had it done when I had GM's 2" lift installed.  My 2020 LT had composite springs in the rear, and the dealer wouldn't install the lift kit without swapping out the composite springs with the steel springs as the GM accessory site states is a must.  I'm no automotive engineer, so I'm unclear as to the reason for the mandated swap, but I wanted the GM product for warranty purposes, plus the ECM steering calibration that comes with the GM lift.
